Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will exchange or refund items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. They must be returned to us, carefully repackaged in their original packing. If an item is not faulty the customer may be liable for delivery costs involved in recovering goods. |
